KudosBot ("we", "the app") is operated by BrowserBook.

Data we collect

When installed, KudosBot stores:

• Slack workspace ID and bot token — required to send messages on behalf of the app.
• Kudos events — the giver's user ID, receiver's user ID, amount, channel ID, and message timestamp.
• Kudos totals — a running count per user per workspace.

We do not store message content, user profiles, or any data beyond what is listed above.

How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the kudos feature: recording who gave kudos to whom and reporting totals.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.

Data retention

When you uninstall KudosBot, the workspace's bot token is deleted immediately. Kudos history is retained unless you request deletion.

To request deletion of all your workspace's data, contact support@browserbook.com.
